General Information
Check in:
1. Check in with the pro shop 30-45 minutes prior to tee time and pay your golf fee.
2. Pick up the scorecard if your name appears first on the card.
3. Take your clubs to your designated starting spot. (To find your foursome, go to the cart parking area adjacent to
the practice range and look for the numbered parking spot that matches your assigned starting hole.) Either load
your clubs in the course cart or swap out the course cart if using your own cart. Cimarron employees are
available if you require assistance.
4. Be courteous and do not block traffic.
Warm-up:
1. A limited number of warm-up balls are provided free of charge for 150 club members prior to the start of the round
at the driving range.
2. You may also use the putting green, or chipping area.
Weekly Meeting:
1. A short weekly meeting is held just prior to the start of the round. A club pro conducts a short clinic and makes
announcements about play for the day.
2. Club Officers will also announce news and provide notice of upcoming special events.
Sign-up Sheets:
1. Sign-up sheets for the next weeks play are available: Summer - from noon Tuesday to noon the following
Tuesday. Winter - from noon Thursday to noon the following Thursday.
2. The signup sheets are located at the 150 Club desk located outside the Cimarron Pro Shop.
Cancellations:
1. A player who has signed-up to play may cancel by contacting Pairings Director Gloria Hareid at 322-2419 or
ghareid@cox.net or by crossing off your name on the sign-up sheet prior to noon on Tuesday immediately before
Thursday's play. Only call the respective Pro Shop to cancel on the day of play.
2. Players who fail to cancel and do not show up will be fined $5, payable by check to the 150 Golf Club. This fine
must be paid before the member will be able to play again.
